Is whey protein safe for kids
Whey protein is very advantageous and essential protein for adults but, whether it is safe for kids or not. We need to find out the answer of this question. Adult load this valuable whey protein in larger amount. Protein provide growth and development of muscles and so it is needed by the children growing in the age group 6 to 15. But only half a gram should be given and that too, only for active children who can digest it in the best way without further symptoms. But the fact is, you should not serve your children with whey protein as it is full waste. Your children are getting meat, poultry, fish, eggs, cheese, yoghurt, and whole grains that they are eating. Thus, kids should not consume whey protein though it is safe but its not really needed.
